I don't want to have it, because it would be too depressing to have all of my friend requests sent to my student colleagues not accepted (because I am a loser, and also judged as a racist for not being delusional enough) and most of my friends would be my relatives and maybe some Elliot Rodger fans. Also, having a Facebook like that, I could NEVER have a job, as the employers nowadays definitely want to see their applicants Facebook accounts by sending them friend requests. So no Facebook. Altho this is not better either, as I have to develop really good lies for why I do not have one to get a job.

What matters isn't the number of friends, though, it's the friend-like ratio of your posts.

Let's say that you have 200 friends on Facebook and you upload a new profile picture. If you get 100 likes on that photo, 50% of your friends liked your new profile pic. If you had 2000 friends and only 100 likes on your profile pic, that's worse.
