How can I stop myself from spending all my free time in front of the computer/Netflix? I get mentally exhausted and need to unwind. I just spent seven hours refreshing 4chan with shows I've seen a million times playing in the background. I can force myself to be more productive for some time but I always relapse. Productivitybots, how do I break myself of this curse?

You're on the right track but the wrong train. You're focusing on the things you're filling the void with, instead of the void itself. Addiction to distraction is the default state if you have nothing else to do, no goals, no projects, no interests, no activities, etc.
Fix the void, the rest will take care of itself.
...or so I tell myself.
