I always had this delusion that if I get really bad people will help me. But about 6 months ago I reached out because I needed to stop being NEET and move on with my life. I quickly realized that nobody cares and nobody wants to help. I got fucking screwed by insurance companies and therapists who just kept taking my money and giving me the run around. I never felt so trapped and overwhelmed. In the spam of 4 weeks I went from a sad NEET suck in a rut to a complete mess that was having serious breakdowns everyday. One day my therapist said

Afterward I thought about it and realized how much of a fucking scam this all was. I was on the verge of snapping and she wanted to push me further. I got a gym membership and started trying to power through it. I still feel like shit and i'm still a NEET but i'm moving forward. I honestly don't feel any different going out and trying to be social than when I was full NEET. It's just a change of scenery.


At this point I feel like i'm playing a video game tutorial, still trying to reconcile the fact that i'm an adult. Though I don't really want to play this game, I just have nothing better to do.
