I usually only smoke when the weather is nice and not cold/rainy.

I've cut back the past few days and have started vaping again but still crave a real cigarette especially after I eat. I'm terrified of getting cancer but the addiction over powers that fear. Some people are more likely to get addicted than others. I got addicted pretty quickly about 2 years ago and since then I've had to smoke every few hours otherwise I get really irritable.

It helps me relieve stress and calm down as well.

I smoke on my night walks, which is about a twice a week. A whole pack can easily last a month or two. I really don't enjoy outside of those walks, though

Most people don't smoke a pack a day. The majority smoke anywhere from 1-10 a day.
Just a word of warning though, I said that I'd be sticking to one a day, which I did for about six months, but now I'm on about 5-6 and a packet if I'm drinking
