I've been diagnosed with GAD, depression, ADHD, and I've got some OCD tendencies. I'm on 40mg of Prozac and 15mg Buspar x2 daily. I'm definitely better when I take my meds but sometimes they knock me out if I'm smoking weed with them, which sucks because I enjoy weed.

Wellbutrin and Adderall. The helped a lot, went from being a shut-in anxiety ridden aspie to almost normie in a year. Also made me less suicidal and not drop out of uni which was nice.
