Why is being an adult male incel considered to be a sign of serious personality flaws if some people are born with physical features that make it 1000x harder to attract the opposite sex?
If a guy with above average height, face, etc and still can't get laid then sure maybe it's a problem with his mind/personality.
But how is it fair to assume that a 5'4 ugly dude is psychologically messed up in some way just because he made it to X age still a kissless virgin? You can't expect uggos like us to have an easy time getting women to like us.

There is something justified about people being wary of the average man who crosses the threshold into relatively late age as a virgin. Such virgins appear human and yet are incapable of living as people live. They are aberrations and, if their flesh isn't corrupt, their spirits must be.
So why are those who are virgins by virtue of their ugliness also treated with fear? Why assume their spirits are just as warped as their flesh?
It would be nice to attribute it to some prejudice, an irrational belief that a monster's soul must be just as repulsive as his face. It would be comforting to see the reaction as nothing more than an expression of survivor's guilty by the beautiful who find it necessary to attribute moral evil to natural evil and thereby excuse their hatred of it.
Sadly, the flesh and spirit are inextricably bound. The abomination may have been born with a beautiful spirit, capable of kindness, lovely even though he is revolting. However, as time passes, the monster finds himself frustrated. He reaches out to others for an embrace, but finds his hand slapped away. He smiles at women and receives nothing but clenched jaws and looks of horror. That once beautiful spirit begins to take upon the contours of his deformed flesh. Innocent desire becomes twisted into frustrated lust, love of his fellow man fades and envy rushes in to take its place. Devils of wrath follow close behind.
People fear the ugly virgin because there is the recognition that even the gentlest angel takes upon the attributes of a devil the longer it languishes in Perdition. And for the monster, there is no hope of escaping it. For the truly repulsive, Hell is not some pit that can be crawled out of. Its walls are his own flesh and his blood the river Styx running through it.
