I FUCKING HATE living in a hicktown. It's bad enough it's boring and empty as fuck but Jesus Christ my neighbors literally do not give a fuck about shit. They literally let their dogs sit there and bark for hours on end in the early morning while they ignore them. Just let your dogs in you stupid inbred fucks.

One of my neighbors was a woman with major brain problems, she left her dog out 24/7 and neglected it. I ended up just taking it and tying it to the fence outside the SPCA a half hour before they opened.

I tried. I called the cops then they referred me to the dog warden and every time I call his phone goes to voicemail and he won't answer any of my mail even though I sent in 20 letters.

Keep calling over and over again. Document everything. That way when you go crazy and kill the dogs and maybe a cop, you can show them that you tried to do everything through the proper channels.
