i live in a neighborhood that's probably 90% black people or dominicans and they all seem to have small dogs

i've NEVER seen a dead one on the side of the road. if anything, the ones i see seem to take pretty good care of their dogs--they walk them, get their hair cut, etc.

the big problem is that NOBODY PICKS UP THEIR DOG SHIT REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
