I don't know what's wrong with me.
I try to be nicer but I just can't keep my positive vibes rolling.
Sometimes I just feel like ruining something.
How can I turn these into positive feelings?

get a pet that you can love, so you get used to it being a bitch and having to be nice to it anyways. then do art when the feelings start again.

There can be a lot of trauma stored up from years of living. You can clear out a bit but then more and deeper stuff comes out.

It can help to stay positive if you keep a journal or have somebody neutral to talk to like a coach or counselor. Either way can help you start to get an idea of how to stay positive.
