It's basically like this on some college campuses now, because the gender disparity is so great, with so few men enrolling and so many women looking for partners. The New York Times wrote about it and called male privilege because the remaining men have so many women to choose from.

Here in Australia there are some universities like ACU that are >72% female. Dudes there are basically drowning in pussy and have plenty of women to choose from, and the women are all competing for just a handful of guys they consider their equals or better.
