I'm gonna disagree with your "last 10 years" requirement though. The last 10 years have ruined the industry as it slowly started adapting first to being "for otaku by otaku" and now slowly adapting to tap the West's "nu nerd" market. 2012 is the absolute cutoff year in my opinion, so there are still some shows that make it into your requirement that are good, but you're really missing out if you exclude anything older than 2007.
