It makes people look ugly though, it's even worse when the face is ugly already. I wish I could go outside with a mask on my face, but that would be too unconventional.

Mine are as bad as OP's but at least a beard turns me into a 4/10 no one pays attention to and not a 2/10 everyone laughs at. Doesn't fix the whole "never be shirtless in public EVER" thing but I'll take any victory I can get

I had backne like you, but I didn't get that type of scars. They mostly were large dark spots that slowly became fairier (but didn't disappear) after some years. Maybe it's because I tormented them until they bleed before they even started to form the pus.
