If you practice mediation liberation will be easier to attain. If you cannot motivate yourself to take up the practice, look up microdosing for depression. I take an 8th of a tab every four days and its nearly eradicated my obsessive negative thoughts. My psychedelic experience last night even furthers that inner solace I have found.
