>backed out of going to the gym because I stayed up until 5 due to it being so hot out and waking up after only 5 hours
Last week I went twice, this week was only once. But for what it's worth on Wednesday I lifted heavier weights for the same sets, I usually just do the bar but I progressed in two lifts. My mom said she'll take me Tuesday Wednesday and Friday next week, so I'm just going to do some pushups and stuff at home the next few days and focus on getting to sleep early so on Monday night waking up before noon won't be a problem.
