If it's a really quiet account that receives no traffic, it's possible that 3-4 views a day would be enough of a bump for her to get paranoid, but there's no way for her to know it was you. If she has even a moderately normal account with a few followers and post stuff on a regular basis, she wouldn't even notice that much; your views would just get mixed in undetected.
