I've been thinking about this myself. I've noticed that the only line separating boring people from not boring people is how talkative and how many anecdotes they have. In order to have good anecdotes, you have to have experienced a lot of stuff. So I guess the answer to becoming not boring is to leave your room as much as possible and go do stuff.

Im not going to lie to you fellas, but; yes, you missed out. You missed out. If i didnt have that development at 11 i wouldve been a full on robot with no hobbies.
Now im glad my parents split up since it forced me to go out and make new friends, like going out into my village/town to talk to youths, it gave me the natrual skill on how to be not autistic. I can hold a conversation, make good friend and I can date girls.
There is plenty of books I assume on how to this, its not to late but the unnatrual way will seem weird since you haven't learnt from experience.

There's a point where learning certain things becomes near impossible.
No one can deny this, learning a new language gradually becomes more difficult as you age. Emotional development is another such thing.
