anyone had a brother in a horrible relationship?
he's dating someone who's super critical of him, rude to all his friends, clingy, unemployed and doesn't even have a drivers licence even though she's 21 years old. no personality, never smiles or laughs and looks up celebrity trivial all day
he's about to become a teacher and will be very wealthy.
no matter how much he thinks about dumping her she won't do it. he seems to outright resent her but he lacks the strength of character to do anything about it. i feel totally helpless here. i'm never going to outright tell him "dump her now" but he's potentially going to ruin his life eventually marrying this total bitch (which i'd ultimately have to accept too).
anyone had a similar problem or have any advice?

Honestly op tell it too him like it is... that what I did and it worked kind of... it made him pissed but it put him on the right track to getting himself away from that parasite... So maybe that what you should do... Ok tho up to you op

yeah, i did try that yesterday and it seemed to work. mostly because she'd been saying catty shit to me all day and i told her off for it
i've just got this feeling of dread for him because i've seen this shit before and it'll ruin him no questions asked
