Depressing first roomate story
>2nd year engineering student
>Rent a 4 room house with my 2 friends.

>Cant afford rent between us 3, so I post ads on normiebook, kijiji, craigslist, etc looking for a 4th roomate
>After no interest after a moth, get a call from a guy that is interested in the house, so I invite him to look at the place tmo
>Get a call 30 min before he supposed to come, and he asks if its cool if he moves in ASAP when he gets here

TL:DR
Chad basically took over the house. He didnt pay rent or hydro for 3 months, stayed on the living room couch all day, and intimidated my roomates so they didnt leave their rooms. Then my roomates and I left for Christmas Break, and when we came back we realized Chad stole our TV, cologne,jackets and other misc stuff :^(
