people say confidence is important but how do you even get it? i have zero self-confidence and am constantly angry at myself for being what i am and doing the things i do. even when i do things right i am angry. is there really anything to be done for this i just feel so angry all the time.

yeah i have it is always unsatisfying and never really makes me happier. i don't really fear a lot of things. i talked to women and it sucked and i tried hobbies and that worked pretty well.
