On my phone, I just disable my mobile network and turn it on and it changes. Restarting your phone also changes it but its more cumbersome.

I havent been able to phone post in more than a month. No matter how many ip resets i force, via airplane mode, disable lte, cellular etc seems like all of ATT range is banned. Really sucks.

On top of that my wifi at home is forced static ip so i cant change than. I just hope I dont get banned for something stupid. I got a 3day ban and it was fucking hell. Honestly thinking about having to buy a pass just so I can post while bored at uni.

I'm on T-Mobile so I can't vouch for AT&T but a lot of T-Mobile IPs seem to be banned but there's still a good amount of working ones. I've pretty much been latching on to the same IP for weeks now because of this. I can't use wifi because it will change my IP on my mobile network, it's a little stupid.
