It's primarily creative endeavors that I want to have motivation for, but also just with things generally like practicing, learning, working, and bettering myself. It's very difficult for me to do things for myself, even if they would benefit me and make me happier.

I'm assuming you're asking in what way I would want to receive that motivation from other people, and I don't entirely know that myself, but historically even people having the slightest attention towards or involvement with my hobbies has made me far more productive than I could ever possibly hope to be while alone with that hobby, not to mention that I enjoy the process far more and don't find myself getting frustrated and giving up as quickly as I do when alone. I think more than anything I'd like someone to closely share interests and work on things with.

Ideally though that motivation would come from myself to begin with. There is a distinction between ambition and motivation in that with only ambition, you can potentially have plans for a lot of things, but then not carry much of any of them out, especially to any sort of satisfaction.
