Back of neck is injured, stiff neck, nausia, dizziness, tightness in a lot of different muscles sometimes. Feel fatigued etc.
I need to let it heal. In the meantime can I just do arms, simple stuff like curls and extentions without antagonizing my injury?
pls help.

You can put some drops under your tongue or cook with it, yes. But the fastest way to get it into your system is to vape it. It's pretty expensive but they usually come in pretty large quantities considering the strength of the oil itself. I have scoliosis and often experience chronic pain ranging anywhere from my hips/lower back to my neck and it works quite well for that. The added bonus is that it doesn't get you high and the amount of thc allowed is so low (since it's derived from hemp) that it won't show up on a drug test. I can use it at work without losing performance. Feels like a breath of fresh air, really. Feels like when I was a kid and I could just run around all day and not have to worry about writhing in pain. Kratom works well with it too. There's a vape shop by my house that sells both of these. Neither of these substances affect my performance at work and are entirely legal in the united states. Kratom almost got banned by the DEA last October oddly enough.

Yeah it can do, any sort of movement including walking exarabates it. I tried cycling at the gym 3 days ago and pushing on the handlebars fucked me over that night. It's not as bad as it was but I've had it 2 and a half weeks now, I still get mild nausia so lifting and even cardio is impossible.
Really sucks man.

I pushed my neck into machine rests over a long period of time. Hence why I got stiff neck.
I haven't lifted in over 2 weeks so it can heal. I'm long overdue for a cut anyway, after that I'll probably just go back to being a cardio and calisthenetics fag, the injuries i've gotten aren't worth the potential gainz with my studying and what else I have going on in my life to focus on.
I digress.

You should definitely see a doctor, doesn't sound exactly like what I have, but there's not point in making your injury any worse. See a doctor so you can get proper treatment please.

Thanks for the concern but it's been getting better, and I got it from pushing my neck into the rests when doing machine press etc.
Also the NHS in my country is garbage in 27 years they have never helped me. It's a common injury I've had sports injuries before, they suck but they get better. I'll be fine.

Thanks senpai. It has been getting better.
I've actually ignored it and lifted for a while so not lifting at all is my treatment and it's very slowly getting better. I can still function but if it did get painful I would go to the doc.
