I joined after I hurt my back and had horrible pain for 5 months. I couldn't afford proper rehab but stronglifts I figured WA up to the task.
It was slow progression and I quit a year in but just being skelly isn't enough to avoid sickness. I've nearly lost all the weight I gained but I've managed to keep much of my gains. I maintain by doing pushupxfailure, pistol squats, and chins whenever I feel like it. I'd like to be hyooge but it's too much time and money in food and training. I just don't want to fuck up my back for half a year just by a shitty step that breaks again.
