get medicated deodorant. i have anxiety which causes excessive sweating whenever i'm around other people, i now use a very strong nivea cream deodorant and that stops me sweating pretty much all day, but i can just apply whenever i feel it coming on. this one does kind of dry out my pits but it's worth it to not be a smelly freak. carry around baby wipes if you don't catch it before you can apply the deodorant so you can wipe the sweat away.

I have the same problem. I put it down to me smoking too much weed or drinking too much coffee or something. I sweat so much I change shirts 3 times a day. If I go somewhere I take a spare shirt. Even in the winter when my fingers are cold I am sweating. Mad shit yo, but life is shit through and through so this is like a minor thing for me.
