I have a sony Z2 and I can kinda feel the battery slowly turning to shit, it used to easily last me two days, nowadays I'm below 50% at the end of the first one. I also cracked the back recently although it's barely noticeable and doesn't fall apart, and the headphone jack and the mic are both fucked because of my underwater filming shenanigans.

The official bootloader unlock method does not work, period, so just youtube search:
