Start taking SSRI's. Honestly they do a damn good job of making you not give a fuck about sex.
Just make sure you really want to go through with it because it's not a switch that you can turn off and on at will. If you change your mind, you might be screwed in the long term.

This OP. SSRI's will do the trick. I've taken them for a few months so far, and the mere thought of wanking it is off putting. Every time I try to think a boner inducing thought I find myself disgusted with it.
