If I worked at walmart, I'd stir up so much shit. I'd try to start a union and force them to close all of the stores in their area. I don't know why people put up with so much crap, you probably only make 300 dollars a weeks which is a pittance. That barely covers travel expenses to get to your job.

Work for a walmart distrubution center instead. It's somewhat stressful but I'm making $19 an hour and I work only three days out of the week. Its 12 hour days though so that can get pretty brutal

I've worked crap jobs before but never walmart, and for much smaller companies.

I don't see how trying to start a union =/= being able to last a week. Most large company jobs were unionized 40 years ago. The owners of walmart are making gazillions of money whilst paying their employees minimum wage.

this story I share is from a few years back I think about 2005 to 2006

> be me working as dish pig in Hotel for nearly 5 years
> never had real pay raise only go up when min wage go up
> wage then 5.35 when the min wage went up it went up to 5.52 but I got pay raise got extra 20p
> following year min wage went up again 5.73 pay rise did not carry over
