What are your experiences with crash diets? I figure I need to take a week off booze so I guess for the next 10 days I will up the stakes and only drink blended fruit. Like >1000 calories worth a day for 10 days straight while doing an undetermined amount of cardio. Maybe after doing this for a few days I will up the calories to 1000. Idk. Either way I don't think I'll die. I'm a NEET after all.

I've been consuming between 800 and 1000 calories a day. I do sometimes go over, because I drink a lot. I don't exercise though.
I've lost 14lbs in 2 months and a bit.

I recommend them not being completely fruit as that would still be a ton of sugar. Add spinach(protein), kale, broccoli etc
Spinach is 2.9% protein.
Banana's are 1% protein (12% sugar).
What you need is whey protein ~80% protein.
Blend a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey protein, with a table spoon of pure cocoa (no sugar), a banana, and some oats.
Right there you have a shit ton of protein, good sugars from fruits, fiber from the oats, and essential 'feel good' vitamins from the cocoa.
AND IT TASTES LIKE CHOCCY MILK.
