I remember back in high-school people using pick-up lines. I never got into it myself because I always thought it was too cringey.

It surprised me that these same people still do it at 25-30+ years of age. Have they just not grown up, or am I the weird one?

Just look at any "cringe" video or picture, they're never about Chads, Chads CANNOT be cringy even if they do something that would be incredibly autistic for anyone else.

It's about charisma. A person with charisma can put people under a spell and have them agree to almost anything. Hence the pickup lines which is just empty meaningless fodder that induces them to do what chad wants.
