This is an unusual thing to be scared by, I am guessing it is similar to the idea something is outside the window looking at you or behind you after reading a creepypasta.

The first thing is to realize it is irrational, the fear won't go away immediately but it will stop you thinking things that make you scared.

Next is to try to think about something else. Again it takes time, you have to think about what you are trying not to think about in order to know what you should not be thinking about. However if you play a video game or something it will distract you eventually.

If you think about it again later tell yourself you are just being silly and remember these 2 things.
