Do you think it's possible for everyone to achieve a happy existence?
I was moping around today over some rather arbitrary shit and I read about this kid named Sam Berns that had a genetic disorder named Progeria. He's since died at the age of 17 but he did this TED talks about the philosophy of leading a happy life and it was pretty nice. I know this is a really normie post which most of you will either ignore or abuse me for but what are your thoughts? Was he just kidding himself? Or can anyone achieve happiness within their means?
Basically his philosophy was to be thankful for what you can do, accept what you can't and have the wisdom to know the difference between the two.

That's not his philosophy, that's old as shit stoicism.

Okay, regardless how do you feel about the proposed question.
I just thought his story would resonate more than a bunch of bearded dudes hanging out in a garden

Most of the times, yes, people can achieve a happy life with some effort, in other situations people die before achieving this, be it because of bad luck, or because they don't know how what to do to be happier. This ain't a hard question OP.
