I was just feeling this feel this morning. I brush 2x a day, use mouthwash 2x a day, and floss once every day but my teeth are still starting to look like shit. I don't know why I even try anymore

make sure you wait at least 30 mins after eating before you brush so you don't damage your teeth. also cut out soda completely.

once you grind the profile of your teeth out they turn yellow, thats the colour they are inside. if you, at some point of your life, have not brushed your teeth a small part of the profile got destroyed and over time they turn yellow. you cant get them white again except for bleeching your teeth. as long as they are not black its not that big of a deal, people just go full retard thinking they fucked their teeth up.

I just use a napkin to clean the teeth ocassionally and some toothpicks to get rid of gunk. The I gargle some salt and drink some water.
