Alcohol, I was the same weight for years, mostly because I don't eat much, but then I started drinking heavily and now I'm constantly gaining weight. I don't really care though, it's not like it matters, alcohol at least makes me happy.

I get bored and munch on snacks just to have some sort of stimulation. The only reason I'm not obese at this point is because I don't have the money to go out and get as much food as I want

It was a gradual thing. Up until late 2015 I had been in the healthy BMI range for my entire life. Depression, boredom and a general lack of motivation made me start drinking more and more, until I was getting drunk alone several times a week. I also started binge eating junk food and snacks while drinking.

This kept going for most of 2016, and I got the fattest I've ever been in my life. Most of my pants wouldn't fit anymore, friends and family noticed that I'd gained weight.

For 2017 I quit drinking outside of social events and have been eating below my daily maintenance intake of calories, so my weight is going down again now. Dunno if I can keep it up.
