Considering those who take HRT want to be more like women, it is a sacrifice which they will have to take.

If you choose to worry about the cancer risk of HRT in particular I think you have bigger fish to fry - radiation, viruses, cancer-causing chemicals (carcinogens), obesity, hormones, chronic inflammation, a lack of exercise, etc. Are you using sun screen?
