Just woke up, I'll most likely not eat for a good 6 hours then eat later on. I limited my calorie intake to around 1,500-2,000 from my old average of 2,500 especially when most of it was sugar carbs instead of fibers or protein so I can start losing weight. So far I'm only 5lbs overweight right now with a BMI of 25.7 and I'm quite happy about it and how its working. I used to be 200-205lbs but i finally am slimming out. Never give up robots, its worth the effort of avoiding gluttony.
