I havent looked at porn for like year and madturbated around 4 times during this year. While it had positive effects on my life, more free time, being more productive, getting rid of some of my weird fetishes(granted not completely) and omproved my willpower the conclusion i came to after a year was that my sexual problems were connected to porn and masturbation, it was not the main culprit, the problems were seeded deep down in my mind even before i became an addict.
It took me about six months of trying before i actually quit. You have to deal with it same as you would deal with any other addiction, smoking, drinking etc

Haven't fapped at all in 2017. So far so good, I guess. Spending so much time on 4chan though, the porn is just everywhere and it's spammed by dudes who've reach full pollution levels of degeneracy.

this is strange incentive but i made a deal with myself to absent from some bad habits until i ask out oneitis. for nofap the thought of relapsing is associated with giving up and actually stops me if i find myself in one of the many pron threads here. never got past 1-2 weeks of nofap before, and now have gone all of 2017 so far
