Should I fall for the nicotine meme?
>try 1mg nicotine in my vape
>addicted, felt like a drug addict
>when stopping i had withdrawls
>decided to vape with just 0mg nicotine
>tfw no sedative effect
I feel like if I went up to 6 or 10mg of nicotine I would get a sedative effect. And everyone around me smokes cigs and vapes. What do robots?
Withdrawals from trying nicotine just a few times? That's unusual.
Usually people get nicotine withdrawals after months and months of heavy usage, especially of tobacco (because tobacco contains other drugs in it, not just nicotine, and the cocktail is more addictive than the nicotine alone).
If you get addicted so easily it might not be such a good idea. What benefits did you get from it?

From nicotine? Nothing really. But I just want something to calm me down. I'm on anxiety meds which helps I guess but I want more.

I think the calming affect of nicotine comes from people using it for months then they start getting withdrawal so they want a cigarette which calms them from the withdrawal which they think just calms them

Nope, nicotine stimulates the CNS in a anti-anxiety and relaxing way.

That was a common idea but there is evidence against it. Nicotine tends to relax even non-smokers.

Although if the dose is too high it can easily make nonsmokers sick.

CBD might be a better bet.
