Dude, a home made burger shouldn't be that unhealthy. BBQ a beef patty or cook on a skillet. Put a bun, mayo, ketchup, tomato, onion, and lettuce on that bitch and boom. A high protein dinner. Just stay away from the deep fryer, fries, and milkshakes and you'll be fine. I'm a burger junkie and this is how I keep the weight off will maintaining my fix.
