It's not something that'd be your fault, most girls have crushes on their father at some point, and girls that live alone with their fathers have a much higher chance of acting on those crushes. If you're still sharing a bed with her during/after puberty, I'd say there's about a 70% chance she'd try something with you.

One of my friends grew up in a similar situation, and she tried straight up shoving his hand into her panties while he was asleep. It didn't turn out well, she got yelled at and cried, but their relationship is okay now and she's moved on.

My mom and little sister live with me.

Long story short I gave my mom a way to escape that deathtrap of a hometown and the shitty people in it. Shes now enrolled at CC learning a trade with an overall goal to be the self sustaining and career woman she once was. The sister has a comprehension issue and the special needs department here is one of the best in the country with the schools here. She seems especially happy, I remember not having any of those escapes when I was younger too and resorted to traveling homeless cross state to make something of myself.
