If I didn't have to see it cut off. As in, If they put me under, and took it off. But I would be unable to to cut off my own hand. I'm not against it being missing though. I've always wanted a robotic arm. But I doubt any of my conditions are met by this scenario and I don't see inaction as morally causal. I have no responsibility to any of the people being threatened.
