Because it's ugly, and trashy. You'll never trully get to see her naked as long as the ink is covering sections of her pure skin up. Only dirty sailors used to get tattoos back in the day, and their is a reason for that.

Because I prefer the look of smooth, clean skin. Also, I believe tattoos are mentally associated with older age, since more younger people are tattoo free.
