you can always travel for not too much anon, i'm sure it's possible. it doesn't have to be anywhere exotic, just somewhere that doesn't seem familiar. i have been to bangkok, taiwan, perth, and i went to europe when i was still young, can't really remember too much of it but it was fun.

What is troubling you the most in life right now?

i'm having a crush on a really pretty girl who is obviously way out of my league, and the thing is i don't really know her that well. and besides the obvious remedy of trying to forget her, it also made me reflect on the fundamental flaws of myself that cannot be fixed easily, and it made me depressed knowing how life turned out for me at the end of it.

Why does my family believe that me getting a job will solve my depression?

i think the thing is, they can't really be in your shoe at the moment probably because they were not depressed before, or they simply think that you are just being moody. i agree their sentiments don't really make a lot of sense, and getting a job probably won't solve your depression. but i hope you get better.
