Poor diet knowledge and lack of self control. People really have no idea how many calories are in food. Vegetables, fruits and lean protien are fairly low in calories compared to other foods. Also people don't realise how many calories they drink. I think if everyone stopped drinking their calories half the population would be at a healthy weight. Alcohol, energy drinks and soft drinks have so many calories and don't satisy your hunger at all.

I hate being fat. I lost half my dick size to obesity and the stretch marks go down my arm now near my elbow. It's depressing and I want to change but it's so hard. It's so very hard. I think I finally found motivation.

Being poor doesn't help though, hard to get decent food. I am forcing myself to go on walks every day.
