I rarely truly cry and it's because of profound sadness like last time when my cat died. I tear up a lot with manga/anime/movies/shows though, like I get moved pretty easily and the touchy feeling makes the tear go out.

Aside form that I don't really cry at all and I don't get overwhelmed by my own emotions
