My two kids are girls and I've got custody of them. It's pretty nice, I suppose. Found out the national park nearby is giving out free year-long passes to locals to celebrate some special anniversary, so we spent all day there today. Quite honestly people should be viewed as a resource as a state.

Currently the costs of raising a child is incurred by the parents. And the major reason for why people have children is not to serve the state but to give some kind of invented purpose to their otherwise meaningless lives.

This is fine for the plebeians but in order to encourage higher intelligence people to breed the raising of their children must be outsourced to the state.

While I am on r9k there is a still a great opportunity cost for me if I ever had the opportunity to have children such as career opportunities and ability to relocate to chase said opportunities so unless the state would take care of my offspring for me It would be irresponsible and a waste of time to have children.
