It's been a while since I've had to apply for a job, but when I listed references, the numbers I put down were all burner phones that I owned. If for some reason they did call, I would alter my voice a bit and tell the interviewer how great I am

As for experience, just fucking lie. Scratch that, lie about everything on your resume. Lie so much that the person on your resume doesn't even sound like the real you
