yeah I feel like my interest in life and everything in it has been fading away for the last few years. If I have to think about things I'm truly passionate about I can't think of anything. I don't know who I am or what I like. I have no interest in having hobbies.

but sometimes I end up doing something that I find myself enjoying. maybe I spend too much energy on ruminating, thinking how everything is boring and nothing matters, that I forget I have once liked something. so I now decided to start writing down the things every time I catch myself being really interested in something or getting strong positive feelings about something. then it's easier to remember those things when I can read them from the list.
