What kind of game are you looking for? A great that has pretty low specs is Broforce. It's a platforming shooter

Broforce its a good game but sadly its so bad optimizated, and in the unity engine that means no low tier pc

Serious Sam Classic (FE, SE) is much fun and runs on Sandy or Haswell integrated graphics.
