i do 100 pushups, situps, and squats every day. i left out the 10km run because that would literally cause the death of me.

I have a similar schedule, except I aim for 10 mins minimum. I also have a sort of checklist where I check off if I do my 10 mins everyday.
10 mins is just to make the task seem smaller and easier to accomplish, it usually turns into hours though (I'm a NEET so maximum free time) in 30 min blasts.
