Try romantic-themed ASMR videos on Youtube and professional Japanese voice works like the ones in the Voice threads on /h/, this is a coping method that I use basically all day long if I get the chance.

It's really hard to, because there are tons of manga that are one part cute girls and cute romance segments to a hundred parts of boring garbage, and so naturally they're kind of forgettable. I really mourn that there is not a thing as short-and-sweet "emotional porn" that's as widespread as porn porn. I would really like some shitty comics that are nothing but cute stuff without all the shitty, irritating drama/conflict filler that's considered necessary to create an actual plot of some sort.

I mostly just lurk sites where raw scans of manga are posted and pick through downloading, in addition to manga that seem actually good, whichever trashy generic romance ones have a cute girl on the cover and a not-especially-retarded title.

That's actually exactly what I was going to recommend, just some starting places are really all you need, because like with the comics I'm recommending, there's not really all that many particularly great works, you kind of just have to keep digging and picking out what you like. For amateur ASMR videos like those on Youtube, Bilibili (a Chinese site), etc., I always just follow a trail of recommended videos. For professional voice works you have to check various sources: I only recently started following them, but the /h/ Voice threads really have all the resources you need linked, so just start going through.
